"We have completed two major design renovations, in two homes in the last 3 years with Cherilee / Elegant Pear. Project Details

This project was for returning clients whose kitchen and great room we had previously remodeled. Now it was the upper level’s turn! We touched every aspect of the upper level which included a main bathroom remodel, primary ensuite, guest rooms and one that we reworked into a beautiful home office.

We reimagined the layout by moving a few walls and introducing uniquely shaped windows, completely transforming the feel of each room. We used wall treatments and inspired paint choices, and comfortable and unique furniture options to complete each space.

The dated primary bath was turned into a luxury vacation-worthy spa retreat. Our design for a wet room and incorporating a teak wall cinched the experience. The custom floating vanity on our selected moody tile connecting to the warmth of the teak remains one of our favorite design moments.

This project allowed us to push some parameters as the clients knew, like previous remodel clients, that they loved their neighborhoods and it was worth doing the work of full interior design to create that next chapter in a home that they already cherished.

The end result was one of our all-time favorite transformations, made even more special because these clients are now treasured friends.
