She spent time in our new home, understanding the personality of each room and the elements of design from flooring to finishes. Each room now not only meets our needs but also flows harmoniously, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. This New Build was such an exciting adventure for our clients that had just entered into the empty nest phase of life and were looking to build a home that encapsulated all that current technology had to offer. They sat with and selected every element that they had considered in their past home experiences as something they would love to do differently and make it better.

We leaned into modern but never at the cost of comfort. Truthfully, because of modern technology, it made pieces like their reclining sofa sit like a dream yet look streamlined and fit perfectly into this modern home design. We made sure that modern didn’t mean cold or industrial by adding warm colors and great textures. Each room was thoughtfully designed to fit function and also to be so comfortable you don’t want to leave. From an expansive great room to an amazing media room, sitting area moments in the primary suite and well thought out guest rooms, we landed on the beauty of bridging modern with the comfort of home.

Because the relationship with our clients was easy and collaborative, decisions came from a shared vision rather than compromise. Their trust allowed us to guide detail decisions — scale, proportion, quiet vs statement moments — that ultimately made this home feel balanced, connected and thoughtfully finished.

The result is a cohesive home that feels calm, current, and authentically aligned with how our clients wanted to live — beauty that is not just seen, but felt the moment you walk in.
